Shipping & Delivery Policy

Tiny Bakes Ltd prepares each order fresh and with care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are handled, delivered, or shipped.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All items are baked to order. While individual items may be available sooner, typical processing times are:

  • Standard Orders: Two (2) business days

  • Custom or Large Orders: Processing time will be discussed during order confirmation and may take longer depending on design complexity and volume.

Processing time begins once payment and order details are confirmed.

 

2. Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Centennial, Colorado.

  • Pickup location and details will be provided at checkout or in your confirmation message.

  • Please arrive within your assigned pickup window to ensure freshness.

  • If you cannot make your scheduled pickup time, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders not picked up within two (2) hours of the arranged time may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of baked goods.

 

3. Local Delivery (If Offered)

If available in your area, local delivery may be offered for an additional fee.

  • Delivery availability and pricing will be shown at checkout, or will be arranged directly with you.

  • Delivery requires an accurate address and a safe, accessible drop-off point.

  • If no one is available to receive the order (when required), we will attempt contact once.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries may result in the order being returned and no refund due to the perishability of the products.

 

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx via overnight or two day delivery only.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the carrier has accepted the package.

  • Delays caused by weather, carriers, or other factors outside our control do not qualify for refunds.

Warm Weather / Seasonal Conditions

During extreme heat or cold, items may be more susceptible to melting or damage in transit. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee how items respond to weather conditions during shipping.

 

5. Risk of Loss

Once an order is:

  • Picked up by you,

  • Delivered to the agreed location, or

  • Transferred to a shipping carrier,

Risk of loss and damage passes to you.
We are not responsible for products damaged due to mishandling, environmental conditions, or delays after that point.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • A re-delivery or re-shipment fee may apply.

  • Perishable items cannot be reshipped once returned and may require a new order.

 

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided when applicable.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to file claims or issue refunds for missing packages.
    Customers should contact the carrier directly in such cases.

 

8. Special Instructions

If you have special requests (e.g., leaving delivery at a specific spot, gate codes, temperature concerns), please include them at checkout or email us after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
