  • You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian complete the purchase on your behalf).

  • All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase our products.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, due to availability, location, or scheduling).

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.

We currently accept payments through:

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

When you pay through these services, you agree to their separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms.

 

4. Custom Orders & Lead Times

For custom cookie orders (designs, flavors, sizes, large quantities, etc.):

  • Lead times may vary based on availability and schedule.

  • Final designs and details will be confirmed with you before production when applicable.

  • Changes requested after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

 

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products may contain, or may come into contact with, common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Wheat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Nuts / Tree nuts

While we do our best to handle ingredients carefully, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies. Tiny Bakes Ltd is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or intolerances.

 

6. Pick-Up, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

Details about pick-up or delivery (if offered) will be provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Once an order is transferred to you (e.g., picked up or delivered to the agreed location), risk of loss and damage passes to you.

  • We are not responsible for damage to products after they have been picked up or delivered.

 

7. No Resale

Our products are intended for personal and gift use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree not to resell our products without our prior written consent.
