Thank you for taking the time to visit our store.  I have always taken an interest in the food and beverage industry.  After high school, I majored in hotel and restaurant management where I established a strong background in food preparation and presentation.  This skill was further developed over the years as I gained experience in various restaurant settings, including at an upscale restaurant set on a private golf course in South Carolina.  There in particular, I was able to refine my food preparation and baking skills into the passion and precision you’ll taste in every cookie we offer. 

 

My current foray into baking started as a new hobby.  With every recipe I put together, requests from family to "make more of those" followed soon after.  I am a bit of a chocolate lover, so many of my recipes incorporate that one ingredient. Despite my love of chocolate, I am hoping to expand our offering in the coming months and provide a unique culinary experience with each new addition.
